Software License

1. License Grant

EAX LEX S.R.L. grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the software solely as authorized by contract.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, distribute, or resell the software without prior written authorization.

3. Ownership

All software rights, titles, and interests remain exclusively with EAX LEX S.R.L. and its licensors.

4. Termination

Any license may be terminated immediately in the event of a breach. Upon termination, use must cease and copies must be removed where required by contract.
