End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope
This EULA governs end-user rights for software delivered, licensed, or maintained by EAX LEX S.R.L. under the applicable service agreements.
2. Allowed Use
End users may use licensed software only for internal business operations and within the agreed technical and contractual limits.
3. Prohibited Actions
Decompilation, unauthorized extraction of components, redistribution, and commercial sublicensing are prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
4. Warranty and Liability
Unless separately agreed, the software is provided "as is," and liability is limited as permitted by applicable law and contract.
5. Governing Terms
In the event of conflict, your signed service agreement and the legal license notice will take precedence.
